1. Acceptance of terms

By booking or staying at any cabin or bungalow operated by Chava Camping and Lodge Río Celeste, you accept the terms described in this document. If you have questions before booking, message us on WhatsApp at +506 6033-5997.

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings made online require a 50% deposit of the total stay; the remaining balance is paid on arrival. You can also arrange your booking via WhatsApp. Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: subject to case-by-case review.
• If Chava Camping and Lodge Río Celeste cancels a booking due to force majeure, the guest may choose between rescheduling or a 100% refund of the deposit.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. If you need a different time, message us on WhatsApp in advance and we'll coordinate based on availability.

5. Use of facilities

Cabins and bungalows must be kept in good condition during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the facilities or furniture. At Tujankir de Guatuso, the soccer field, campfire area, rancho, and maze are shared among guests staying at that property.

6. Photos and video

During your stay, the Chava Camping and Lodge Río Celeste team may take photos or video of the facilities for promotional purposes (social media, website). If you'd prefer not to appear in this material, let us know before your arrival.

7. Changes to these terms

Chava Camping and Lodge Río Celeste may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is always the current one.
